Glad you're finding the Crystal stuff useful. Did you mean "10ish proceses" or "10ish process _elements_"? The 10-ish ones listed in Crystal are the "properties" of one Crystal "process" (namely Crystal Clear)

Hi John, I did mean to put processes elements, or aspects, but in a much more general terminology, I realize that the vocabulary was perhaps a bit mixed as the terms process and properties have specific meaning in Crystal Clear, but I meant that people should be able to choose their own most important aspects they want to focus on.
